Terms of Service

The deal between you and us. Short version: Inboxy is early software run by a small team, it is free right now, the AI gets things wrong sometimes, your library is yours and you can take it with you whenever you like.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Jellyworkz, which operates Inboxy AI (“Inboxy”, “we”). Jellyworkz is not an incorporated company; Inboxy is run as an independent project. By starting the bot or signing in to the app, you accept these terms. If you do not, don't use Inboxy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data and forms part of this agreement.

2. What Inboxy is

Inboxy is a personal knowledge tool. You send it links, articles, videos, screenshots, forwarded posts, files and voice notes; it extracts the content, summarises it, categorises and tags it, and makes it searchable so you can find it again and ask questions about it. It runs inside Telegram, with mobile apps alongside.

It is intended for your own personal use, not as a publishing or redistribution platform.

3. Your account

Your Inboxy account is tied to your Telegram account, and optionally to an email address if you sign in to the app that way. You are responsible for what happens through it, so keep access to your Telegram account and your email secure. Tell us at info@jellyworkz.com if you think someone else has got into your library.

You must be at least 16 to use Inboxy.

4. How you may use it

Use Inboxy for your own knowledge. Don't use it to:

• break the law, or store or process material that is illegal where you are — including child sexual abuse material, which we report and remove without notice;
• build a redistribution pipeline: bulk-harvesting third-party content through Inboxy and republishing it, or running it as a scraping back-end for another product;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service, or provide it to other people as your own;
• attack the service — automated flooding, deliberately overloading the queue, probing for vulnerabilities, or circumventing rate limits and plan limits;
• reverse engineer or decompile the service, except where the law says you may;
• manipulate the AI into producing material that harms other people, or use its output to deceive, harass or impersonate.

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we'll tell you first.

5. Content you send from elsewhere

Most of what you save is somebody else's work — an article, a video, a post. When you send Inboxy a link, you are asking us to fetch and process that content on your behalf, for your personal reference. You are responsible for having the right to do that, and for respecting the rights of whoever made it.

Inboxy stores extracted content in your private library. It does not publish it, and it does not make it available to other users. The /publish feature drafts a post from your own saved material for you to review and post yourself — what you then do with that draft is your call and your responsibility.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Reddit, GitHub, Notion or any other platform Inboxy can read. Those platforms have their own terms, and using Inboxy does not exempt you from them. A platform may block automated access at any time, which can stop a source type from working with no notice to us or to you.

6. What the AI produces

Summaries, categories, tags, extracted to-dos, answers and fact-checks are generated by AI models. They will sometimes be wrong. A summary can miss the point, invent a detail, or misread a source. The fact-check feature is a best-effort search-grounded check, not a verdict — treat it as a prompt to go and look, not as an authority.

Do not rely on Inboxy's output for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. When it matters, open the original — Inboxy keeps the link precisely so you can.

7. Your content stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the material you send and the notes you write. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a limited licence to do the things the service obviously has to do: store your content, send it to the AI and extraction providers listed in the Privacy Policy, generate summaries and embeddings from it, and show it back to you. That licence exists to run Inboxy for you and for nothing else. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not publish it or sell it.

Inboxy itself — the software, the brand and the design — stays ours.

8. Free plan, and paid plans later

Inboxy is free to use today. There is nothing to pay for yet: the Pro plan described on our site is not available for purchase, we do not take payment details, and no money changes hands.

When Pro does launch we will publish its price and terms before charging anyone, and nobody will be charged without explicitly signing up. Prices and plan limits shown on the site before then are indicative and may change.

9. Availability and changes

Inboxy is early software provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment. It can be slow, it can be down, and processing can fail — especially when a source platform changes how it works.

We may add, change or remove features. If we are going to discontinue Inboxy altogether, we will give reasonable notice in the bot so you can export your library first.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time — block the bot, or ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Export your library with /export before you do; deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we have to shut the service down. Sections 6, 7, 11 and 12 survive the end of this agreement.

11. Warranties and liability

Inboxy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or decisions you took on the basis of AI-generated output. Since Inboxy is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep your mandatory statutory rights, whatever this section says.

Keep your own copies. Inboxy is a convenience layer over things that exist elsewhere, not a backup service. Use /export regularly.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where Inboxy is operated and hosted, and disputes go to the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and for material changes we will give notice in the bot before they take effect. Continuing to use Inboxy after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, export your data and stop.
